Terms & Conditions:
Susan Shaw is a wholesale only company selling to the trade only.
All wholesale orders must have a valid resale number. No Exceptions!
Our products are handmade and produced on order, not mass produced and warehoused. We do however, maintain a small inventory for immediate delivery. Please check with us for a delivery schedule. Inventory as available will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.
ALL DESIGNS ARE COPYRIGHTED AND ANY COPIED DESIGNS WILL BE PROSECUTED AGGRESSIVELY.
Ordering:
If you would like to place an order, call, fax or email us. Our minimum opening order is $250.00 USD. Our minimum re-order amount is $75.00 USD.
Payment:
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card shipments are not billed until the day of shipment. Credit card information must be supplied at the time of order. No Exceptions! Orders will not be processed until we receive this information.
Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Estimated delivery time is 5 working days for items in stock.
International orders:
We welcome and accept international orders so long as you have a valid credit card in the name of the buyer. Shipping charges are dependent on the shipping location and you will be notified of these charges prior to shipment of your order.
Return Policy:
All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number which we will assign when you notify us of your impending return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all items returned without a vailid RA number. Return items must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Return merchandise must be unused and in the condition it was received.

Errors and Inaccuracies:
Although we try to always have up-to-date information on this site, it is not possible to be sure that there are no errors. This website may contain mistakes which may relate to products' pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors, even after an order has been submitted. We can also change or update the current information at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Privacy:
We do not participate in the sale or distribution of any information collected from this website. We will only use it to advise you of new products and regular sale promotions. Susan Shaw does not share its customer data with any other company or organization.
